Information security policies and processes A Cyber Security Committee has been established by the main PLC board. The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is ultimately responsible for Information Security throughout the organisation - the role reports to the Board via the Legal Director. We also have an IT Security Team located within the Manchester Head Office, and the IT helpdesk also provide support for information security.
