Customisation available Yes
Description of customisation One of the greatest advantages of virtual environments is that they can be customised to suit a wide range of purposes and organisational or individual needs. Our background in employability and life skills training for young people with autism and complex needs gives us a large library of content to be used for educational purposes and/or as an alternative way for government bodies to interact with the public (e.g. our virtual Jobcentreplus branches and health facilities that can be used both to promote independence among people with disabilities and to hold online consultations).

We take commissions for all kinds of branded and customised online platforms for government bodies. However, what really sets us apart is the ease with which service users can create or co-create environments to help them achieve their goals. As well as helping build useful IT skills and enabling personalised services, this empowers users to move from being passive recipients of services towards finding solutions to their own problems independently and providing support to others.
