Support levels We offer a single level support to all customers via Email, Web Chat or Phone call into either the Customer Services or dedicated Account Manager. All requests are logged on our online ticketing system. Each request is dealt with by customer services and assigned to the relevant team. Each request has its own unique ticket reference number and a customers service or technical team member is allocated to your unique ticket for the duration of the query until resolved. You will also find self service support in the form of FAQ's, user password resets, guides and online purchase facility.

Getting started TextGateway is a self provisioning service. Clients register for the service and are given a number of free Texts to get started with. Through using the Web Service, applications can communicate with the SMS Gateway, using the SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) specification. The Web Service has been designed to provide a rich set of functionality to send and receive messages from both applications and web environments

With the SMTP Service you can automate the sending and receiving of SMS text messages from within any application that has the capability to send and receive emails.

With the HTTP(S) Connector you can send and receive SMS text messages through a single HTTP(S) command within your application or website. The (S) function enables you to fully secure your message sending by taking advantage of our SSL encryption service.

Our UK based technical team are available to assist with setting up your service and support with any changes you need help with.
