How the support service works Zalaris UK&I has a UK-based Support Desk which typically provides second level support to our customers. This fills the gap in skills/advice that the customer may have in-house and the "break/fix" support offered by SAP.

Our Support Desk is located in the UK and managed by Zalaris UK&I's UK based Support Manager. We have dedicated Support consultants based around the UK but can also offer nearshore and offshore support.
