Support levels Getech provide a wide range of support & technical training both for support groups within the customer as well as training for their end users. This includes everything from "deep dive" technical courses on Google Domain and Enterprise MDM set ups and GSuite native apps and add on's. Training is also available for users on GSuite and Chrome adoption.

In addition Getech provide 3 levels of tech support via phone and email

This is delivered via Google accredited technicians and deployment specialists as well as pre-sales consultants
