How the web chat support is accessible QA’s web chat service is another medium (in addition to email and phone) providing personal support to users.

Once the users submit an enquiry, the relevant QA team picks it up, so that the user gets an efficient reply to their query. For example, for a specific query regarding course content, the Curriculum Specialist Team picks it up. Queries on making a booking gets sent to the Customer Services Representative and fielded to the Account Manager where required.

Chat transcripts can also be sent to the user.

After the chat, users can rate the experience – our provision of this service has been highly rated.
Web chat accessibility testing Our web chat service is fairly new and we have not yet done any testing with assistive technology users, although we hope to as our web chat capabilities expand. We are likely to find that our web chat service does work with screen readers, voice-to-text applications, etc. We would be happy to undertake any testing should the need arise.
Support levels QA is committed to providing an exceptional service to our users. We aim to respond to email and phone enquiries regarding course bookings and other enquiries within four working hours. We also have a web chat facility from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. QA’s web chat facility is another medium (in addition to email and phone) providing personal support to users. Once the user submits an enquiry, the relevant QA team picks it up so that they get an efficient reply to their query.

We also commit to making and confirming bookings from the QA course catalogue within one working day (three working days for third party events).

These support levels are at no additional cost.
