|How the planning service works||
Initially, we’ll work with you to gain a clear understanding of your business objectives and the targeted user base. We then work as an extension of your team to finalise the overall requirements. This involves workshopping to define goals, producing a technical roadmap, and a minimal viable product (MVP) while setting user stories based on requirements. The team will produce diagrams, high-level architectural layouts and user workflows during this process.
We then integrate a bespoke CI/CD pipeline to deploy your application to a preview environment, so that tasks can be signed off individually. This allows us to develop and deliver as quickly as possible.
Our team will advise on best practices, and approaches to developing your application before configuring our own scalable hosting platform, or one of your choice.
If design forms part of the requirement, we’ll work with you to develop the required prototypes and interfaces.
We can also integrate with existing team, encouraging best practices across the board, as well as adapting to your cultural environment – with both flexibility and transparency.
