As a recruitment specialist, we are able to provide 1st to 4th line support in the form of external consultants deployed at an additional cost. Fees are between 10-25% between 1st to 4th line. We would provide Cloud Support Engineers, through our partnership with Howell Technology Group.

As an external service provider, we will deploy specialists able to provide onsite training and thorough user documentation to ensure the service is performed to a high standard and all internal users are proficient with using the service.

End-of-contract data extraction
Depending on the requirements of the buyer, our consultants will ensure there is a master service catalogue which is user-friendly with a convenient and compliant data migration instructions.
End-of-contract process
Near the end of the original term, we will offer extension of the contract if further service is required and/or all deliverables have not been met. The price charged to the end-client will include the service delivery from end-to-end and a satisfactory outcome according to the clients need. Any further call-out costs will be charged at an additional fee.

We aim to turnaround the process within 5 days, from first being made aware of requirement. This includes sourcing candidates, full qualification of suitability, referencing and pre-employment checks. This may take longer if higher levels of Security Clearance are required, such as Forced Vetting. Users will only be refunded if the contract is terminated as per the clause in our terms of business pertaining to Permanent/Fixed-Term Recruitment services. If buyers require temporary workers, we will offer the option to source further consultants.
