However, based on the outputs produced from our Cloud Planning and Programme Service will provide a comprehensive plan based on ITIL and Prince II methodology for transition to cloud hosting or software services. This will take the form of a Deployment Plan which will cover all aspects of Operations, Security and Architecture and Spend.
This will provide buyers with a transparent set of requirements based on the earlier agreed business outcomes from our Consultancy Services.
The buyer can then map the identified business requirements with the known investment profile to identify and agree the best commercial model.
This is a development and testing service; our follow on service the Sopra Steria Production Managed Service will provide the basis for planning the transition from Development to Live Running.

How the support service works Multiple Support models exist for our Development and Test Service; the common approach is for the Project teams to raise a support ticket in the defect tracking system. Our engineers will respond and resolve the issue.
We can also provide a full ITIL based Service Model as an optional service which includes a cloud automated ticketing solution.
We install a Service Management platform within your organisation’s virtual private data centre suitable for your management needs. These tools will integrate with Sopra Steria hosted platform to enable Sopra Steria teams to provide the required support. This support is provided remotely by experienced support teams.
Our optional DevOps Common Platform will provide the technical tools to manage cloud hosting environments. This service include:
