|Software add-on or extension||Yes, but can also be used as a standalone service|
|What software services is the service an extension to||T-Impact’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI subscription platform allows government (local, central and agencies) to leverage the power of predefined AI services, such as handwriting recognition into their processes without changing the underlying technologies or the processes. Working at a hugely reduced cost, integrating major AI machine learning platforms|
|Cloud deployment model||Hybrid cloud|
There are no constraints. RPA can be used in every department/agency and across all service lines. The robots are perfect anywhere where you have people manually transferring information through or between IT systems.
We can also use OCR to enable the enquiry upon 'closed infrastructures' such Terminal Servers (Citrix, Remote Desktop), where access to the underlying systems is restricted.
The Artificial Intelligence software will process images or data sent by the Robot, returning results that can be used to control the next steps in your process or update your existing systems.
This subscription does not include the AI platform.
