End-of-contract data extraction Applications inside VMs and containers are not affected. They remain running in the cloud environments to which they were deployed. Any configuration such as BluePrints, Plugins, or billing information can be exported into JSON format.
End-of-contract process Included in the price of the contract is full access to the HyperCloud software, and all of it's capabilities. Support contract is included, as well as access to updates and patches. Everything is bundled in a single package for easy delivery and consumption.

Our APIs allow users to customize and tailor the function of our platform to the specific needs of your organization. Description of customisation Our application library, and blueprints are all fully customizable and can be tailored to each client and tenants requirements. HyperGrid supports YAML, as well as standard Java, Ruby, Perl and Python scripting languages.
These customizations can be available to as many or as few users, and tenant levels as required by the organization. Also certain applications and blueprints can independently have customizations turned on or off.

Independence of resources True multi-tenancy and VPC functionality allows administrators to put limits on resource sharing and who has access to what.
