How the planning service works This service uses a tailored PRINCE II approach to set your cloud implementation project on firm foundations, whilst avoiding any unnecessary bureaucracy. It also takes into account your specific context including governance arrangements and project assurance requirements such as gateway reviews.

The ‘as-is’ position of the project is rapidly assessed. Project disciplines are established including:
• Identifying key activities with appropriate ‘check points’;
• Project structure including key roles, workstreams, escalation routes and governance;
• Resourcing;
• Plans, schedules and milestones;
• Risks, dependencies and issues;
• Key decisions required;
• Stakeholders, communications and engagement;

The service includes a full handover transition back to your own staff at the end of the assignment and an ‘end of assignment’ report for senior stakeholders.

An ongoing ‘light-touch’ service can be offered to support your own staff once the main assignment has been completed.
