How the support service works
Castle has provided Private Cloud for 7+ years. Private Cloud Hosting requires support of Data Centre infrastructure, Operating Systems, Applications (incl 3rd parties) and Connectivity. We are fortunate in being experienced in providing both Infrastructure and Application support so can provide a 'single point of contact' for support.
