The Service Levels for P3M Services are set by client expectation at the commencement of the engagement and are documented as part of the On-Boarding process in terms of Quality Outcomes. These will be reviewed as part of the monthly review to manage the service being delivered. Leonardo will maintain a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developed alongside your team, to give an “at a glance” indication of the health of the project. Suggested categories may include:-
