Services are generally provided on a customer site or remotely as required. Access to the customer's infrastructure and staff as defined and agreed in advance. For any presentations, an onsite workshop requires a Projector/TV and access to a whiteboard is recommended. The service works best when there is engagement with a range of business and application owners, particularly representatives from the Security team.
