How the planning service works
Capgemini’s My Workspace is an innovative evergreen solution which can enable the Buyer to deliver a flexible and agile End User Services solution to its employees. It allows users to get access to the applications, data, support and information that they need on any device (with a web browser), anywhere and anytime via a flexible, orchestrated framework. It will enable Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and Corporately Owned Privately Enabled Devices (COPE) as well as corporate mobility. My Workspace focuses on the end-user but takes into account the wider IT service to align the platform design and deliver a service which is optimised to the requirements of the Buyer. Our methodology adopts a 3 phase approach with an initial assessment phase, a design phase and finally a deployment phase. Adoption of the solution is driven by Capgemini Ditial Adoption services such as User Experience Management and Marketing & Organizational Change Management (OCM)

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Capgemini can help Buyers carry out quality assurance in three ways:

1. Capgemini's DELIVER methodology can be used which includes comprehensive activities, tasks, guidelines and templates for the full system development lifecycle.
2. Our delivery management and assurance function approach, in which a delivery manager is assigned to each engagement to assure the quality of Capgemini's work.
3. Capgemini's customer satisfaction process OTACE (On Time and Above Customer Expectations) can be used to apply to our Buyer engagements.

Note that performance testing of a Cloud Hosted solution will normally focus upon the performance of the networks connecting users to that solution.
