How the support service works
SureCloud offer support via telephone, email, online and on-site assistance if required during office hours typically 8am to 6pm GMT. All clients have a unique logon to our support portal, where they can raise support tickets. Once a support ticket is logged, the support team receives an email notification. The support team leader checks all support tickets and assigns a team member to investigate it further. SureCloud aim to correct faults, provide workarounds and deliver enhancements for the client.
