Support levels
We provide application support at three levels:
Level 1 support :
Level 1 support provides resolution to minor issues within an application
Level 2 support:
Level 2 support will provide a secondary resolution function and management of solution configuration
Level 3 support:
The Level 3 support will provide advanced technology diagnosis and resolution. The cost of each level of support is subject to different parameters per contract; e.g. the size of application, the hours of support required etc.

Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
Upon conclusion of contract a link is sent to the client to enable username and password credentials to be set up. This is a simple process and does not require training. However, it is recommended that the system administrator attends admin training to understand how to set up user permissions.

This is available through Appian Community. Once you become a customer you will have full access to the Appian Community repository whereby all documentation of this nature is stored
End-of-contract process
Additional cost: Depending upon the program, additional professional services may be required for new processes/programmes of work. psKINETIC also offer a long-term managed (application) service that alleviates the need for the customer to manage change on the application.
