Support levels provided by Leonardo vary depending on the customer’s requirements in terms of service and performance and are agreed on a service by service basis. We can provide on-site technical support resources if required. We can also advise on service support levels and processes for Cloud and managed Cyber services and provide specialist service design resources to help you integrate external support services with your existing in-house capability.

All managed services are governed by a service manager who provides a dedicated support link to customers.
