Getting started We provide a full onboarding process to configure and customise the service and train users how to interact with the service. Full documentation is available. All onboarding is done remotely and can be completed within 24-hours. Offboarding is completed jointly with the customer. All data and deliverables generated by the service remains the property of the customer and is made available to the customer in whatever format is required.

End-of-contract data extraction It is made available in the preferred format. All output and deliverables remain the property of the customer. We retain no right of IP.
End-of-contract process The contract obligates the customer to pay a fixed unit cost per application package requested and completed, and obligates Apptimized to deliver the application to agreed standards within an agreed timeframe. There is no obligation to commit to a specific minimum volume or throughput. If an application requires onsite support, there will be an additional cost.

Configuration and change management approach Our entire service and solution is tracked throughout its lifetime using standard software management processes, supported by a configured Jira-powered configuration and change management process, utilised along Agile development procedures. All changes are staged in a secure pre-production environment and assessed for security implications by our specialised third party security providers. All elements of the solution are hosted on either the Microsoft Azure platform, or on fully accredited infrastructure hosted within the EU.

Vulnerability management approach Our entire solution is scanned on a daily basis for potential perimeter vulnerabilities by the Comodo Hacker Proof service. The solution is also scanned on a quarterly basis by a specialist independent third party security scanning service who scans the entire infrastructure to identify and assess any internal vulnerabilities. Any required patching is deployed immediately. Potential threat data is supplied by the specialist third party service, as well as by our internal development team.
