Approach to resilience We have resilient network interconnects in place between us and all UK mobile carriers which we replicate with both of our data centres. Both our Equinix and Volta DC's are active / active and can be failed over should either site face an issue.
Outage reporting We send out network outage reports to nominated contacts with hourly case updates (where a P1) and final RCA.

All cases are archived along with updates and RCA's via our Simpro web interface..

ENERGY STAR is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency programme that aims to help businesses and individuals save money and protect the climate through superior energy efficiency. The ENERGY STAR programme assesses how efficiently a facility uses energy compared to similar facilities.
