How the training service works Hootsuite offers complete on-demand training for all Enterprise users via Hootsuite Academy (please see the following link: https://hootsuite.com/education). Hootsuite Academy offers access for users to a variety of social media education and platform training as an e-learning platform - including specific courses (e.g. social marketing, social selling, social strategy, social advertising) and respective certifications. Hootsuite develops a custom onboarding curriculum and training schedule. The goal of our training is, first of all, to enable teams on the platform as soon as possible, to optimize time to value. We will work with the teams at group and BU level to customize the training experience during the initial deployment, so admins and end users learn within their workflow and business context. This will help them build habits and routine in using the platform effectively. Training sessions will be recorded, and are accompanied by further material.

Service constraints Customer agrees to provide Hootsuite with reasonable cooperation in the preparation of information required by Hootsuite in connection with Professional Services delivery. - Online training sessions will be on 60 minutes long. The training session will be recorded. - Half day onsite training sessions are 3 hours in duration. - Full day onsite training sessions are 6 hours in duration. - Each session will be delivered in English language only. - Fees and Expenses. Each party shall bear their own costs with respect to travel.
