End-of-contract data extraction
Upon leaving the MapMaker Service: Customers will be provided with an audit log of all data transactions. Audit logs will be provided in an appropriately suitable format. Customer Asset data – this is not applicable.
No charge will be made in relation to data extraction.
End-of-contract process
Off-boarding follows the publication of automated emails and then the closure of their MapMaker Dashboard.
