How the setup or migration service works
Ideal's assisted assessment and migration service will always start with a project kick off call, introducing customer stakeholders and application owners with Ideal cloud engineers.

Ideal engineers will gather information and assess the in-scope workloads to determine the complexity of the migration job.Following this a migration roadmap is put together and supported by a project plan.

Pre and post migration tasks take place and the customer is free to begin user acceptance testing. Following the migration 2 weeks of support are provided after which time the project is closed.
