How the planning service works
Together we ensure your service is truly designed around users, going beyond digitising a paper process. Working closely with you, we help you deliver a service that meets your users’ needs and business requirements so you can plan, implement and deliver Cloud, agile and SAFe services appropriately.

We have a vast amount of experience working to the GDS Service Standard and working with clients delivering successful internal and external assessments. We also have academically trained language experts who will provide content and communications consultancy with every project.

With every project, we provide agile mentoring and coaching, and knowledge and skills transfer to senior management, teams, and wider stakeholders (where appropriate) to enable you to do ongoing user research, usability testing and iteration for your Cloud, agile or SAFe service(s).

With our vast experience working alongside public sector clients in embedded teams, we advise in the project planning, provide coaching and mentoring so that teams can plan for and anticipate what's involved in Cloud, agile or SAFe project, from inception to assessment. We help you to understand user needs, pain points and user perspectives end to end so that you understand existing user journeys and can create truly user centred services.

How the setup or migration service works
When setting up and migrating your service, it's crucial to know that it's designed for users and their needs. Much like in the creation of a new service, understanding users and their needs is crucial to selecting and configuring the right Cloud service when you transition over. We work with you to implement a service design and research programme that supports a constant research, design, usability testing, and iteration delivery loop. Through our embedded coaching and mentoring, you gain knowledge and understanding of Cloud, agile and SAFe user research and service design methods so that you can follow GDS Service Design and DDaT Functional Standard principles.
