Hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure and Supported by Firmstep. Typically for both public website and internal intranet.

The Firmstep platform is locally configurable through intuitive administration GUIs, via restricted access permissions.
No coding is required, but we do support local plugins of RAW HTML, Java etc for clients to deliver custom aspects if needed.

AWS EC2 reduces the time required to obtain and boot new server instances to minutes, allowing us to quickly scale capacity, both up and down, as our requirements change.
