End-of-contract data extraction
All data is available as CSV downloads.

Furthermore as part of our GDPR compliance all data
added to the platform can be downloaded in a bundle,
or as individual files.
End-of-contract process
The service is billed monthly or annually. Where a contract ends, all data is maintained, and the user may upgrade to a paying account at any time in the future or delete all data.

The 'basic' version of our service allows for limited free access to data and analysis outside of contract.

All features are available via our API. Most commonly bill processing is used, to convert from PDF to a more usable format.

We also have an API for capturing meter reading photos, that is used by our Smartphone but available to others.

We endeavor first of all to avoid storing unnecessary data in the first place. In most, if not all cases we do not need to store PII so we do not.
