How the setup or migration service works Thintech’s standard Migration Service includes pre-migration validation of defined workload inventory, pilot migration services, migration of a virtual or physical operating systems instance to a virtual instance in supported target clouds, and validation of successful migration and production cutover. How the support service works Thintech Integrated enables two levels of Managed Services:
Full access: With full access to your IT infrastructure, we can manage the parts we need to, taking away the worry, reducing the need for support and giving you the reassurance of an extra level of security. None managed clients can have a traditional support contract with 24/5, 24/7 , Core hours (8am to 6pm Mon-Friday) or a pay as you go option. Total Management: We remove your servers and put your IT environment into our own fully managed dual data centre – taking on full responsibility for all support, security and keeping you up and running 365/24/7.
