The Service Manager comes online during the programme’s ‘into service’ phase, bring responsible for assembling support and maintenance teams and running daily service throughout the contract. The Service Manager will be ISO20000 certified and implements service delivery functions to support ongoing Authority operational needs.

We will provide training and support to drive adoption and use of tools and information, and our teams will carefully assess progress throughout the contract. Part of our delivery plan will be to undertake workshops for each area of the solution being implemented. Our expectation would be that these are attended by the work stream leads and Authority leads who will be able to endorse the work and offer the local perspective.

Dr Foster has a national team of Consultants who provide a dedicated support to our clients. They ensure we fully understand local needs, as well as supporting the users of our data to efficiently derive maximum insight from our tools.

The Dr Foster Support Desk is available to support all users during working hours - contactable by phone and email.
