The Redwing Data Warehouse is the single source of the truth for NHS Trusts and Providers. It covers all aspects of Acute, Mental Health, Community and Partnership Trusts, including inpatients, team-based activities, operating theatres, and so on. It rests on a bedrock of national standards. It feeds all Redwing Analytics.

The service is delivered via the web (HSCN/N3) and is therefore not subject to any delivery platform limitations or local client software installation requirements. Updates to the warehouse are typically overnight, and the service is delivered during normal business hours.

End-of-contract data extraction
All raw data resides and remains with the client. Redwing copies of that data will be archived into a safe haven.
End-of-contract process
At end of contract, Redwing ceases to extract data for processing. This is part of the contact cost. There is no additional cost.
