We offer phone support but can work with you to provide more sophisticated service desk support if appropriate by providing a technical account manager or cloud support engineer, as requested, to lead the support provision. We are happy to work closely with a client's out of hours support provider to ensure a consistent service, but do not provide out of hours support ourselves.
