knowledge base.
Training days are at your discretion and we will discuss a suitable training and delivery best suited to your needs.

End-of-contract data extraction
We provide you with tools inside Bluezone Manager to extract information in commonly used file formats such as Mircosoft Excel. HBE Bluezone can also provide clients with a JSON format export of all their data in the system within 28 days of contract termination.
End-of-contract process
If the customer is not renewing they can extract their data via the tools provided or data extraction can be provided by HBE Bluezone. Options for sensors, gateways, connectivity provision.
