Getting started
All potential clients are given an online walk-through of the service workflow on our Discover Demonstration website, before commission. After commissioning a project, online support and training (if required) is available to the Client team from the 100%Open team. The level of support engagement can be tailored to each client depending on their internal setup and resources available to manage the application and evaluation workflow.

End-of-contract data extraction
Applicants can download their applications as PDF from the user interface once they have completed and submitted it. Full application and evaluation data will be exported from the platform by 100%Open and emailed to the client in .csv or .xls format. Additionally, a client may choose to keep the site live (publicly or privately) in which case the site hosting will be transferred from 100%Open's cloud server host to the client's preferred host, for extra cost.

Description of customisation
User interface logo, imagery and the innovation challenge will be customised for each client. Any customisation is agreed upon at commission of a project and conducted by 100%Open after creating the new platform instance. Additionally, client can themselves customise user communication content which is shown to Applicants during the competition, through WordPress admin access provided to the main client-side project manager by 100%Open.
