Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
Planisware offers training programs to help end users adopt the system, and administrators to improve system utilisation. These are the different training possibilities:
1. Training for administrators (remote or onsite): Our aim is to help you become as proactive as possible with your configuration and gain strong ownership of your system.
2. Continued online education for end users: Regularly scheduled, one- to two-hour “bite-sized” training sessions are available on request making it easier to fit learning into busy schedules. A live instructor and access to a training database provide guidance and practice.
3. Onsite education for end users: Planisware has an Orchestra training program that can be delivered on site on request for 6 to 8 users at a time.
4 Self-training program through videos available online covering specific PPM processes.

End-of-contract data extraction
Planisware will make available to the customer a file of the Customer Data within thirty (30) days of the contract termination, if the customer requests it at the time of termination. Planisware has no obligation to retain the Customer Data, and may delete such Customer Data thirty (30) days after termination without any liability to the customer.

Changes are managed through a change management process for all vendor supplied patches, configuration changes, or changes to our
organization's internally developed software. Upon request, we can
inform the customer (tenant) of policies and procedures and identified
weaknesses especially if customer (tenant) has some shared responsibility over implementation of control.

Pro-active monitoring. System supervision, disaster recovery, and pro-active monitoring are all a part of Planisware Live. We monitor system up-time, performance, user adoption and we manage backups and most upgrades. Our logging and monitoribg framework allow isolation of an incident to each customer. We respond within our SLA's. Guranteed response time is 1 hour.
