Onboarding and offboarding

Planisware offers training programs to help end users adopt the system, and administrators to improve system utilisation. These are the different training possibilities:
1. Training for administrators (remote or onsite): Our aim is to help you become as proactive as possible with your configuration and gain strong ownership of your system.
2. Continued online education for end users: Regularly scheduled, one- to two-hour “bite-sized” training sessions are available on request making it easier to fit learning into busy schedules. A live instructor and access to a training database provide guidance and practice.
3. Onsite education for end users: Planisware has an Orchestra training program that can be delivered on site on request for 6 to 8 users at a time.

Changes are managed through a change management process for all vendor supplied patches, configuration changes, or changes to our
