Support levels In all cases to date, we have been able to liaise with relevant technical people at the commissioning organisation remotely to enable successful installation and use of the Dojo e-Learning training suite. Getting started We work closely with customers to assess the right way to deploy Dojo for their organisation, covering both access to the video modules and eLearning content as well as measurement in terms of staff awareness and completion should that be required.
Dojo is a flexible solution and can integrate with existing learning management systems, be hosted for customers or streamed.

End-of-contract process At the end of the contract streamed customers will simply have access to the cloud hosted videos removed, whilst customers who host the videos or have embedded them into their learning management systems will need to prove their removal.
