Description of customisation DPOrganizer gives the user total flexibility to define data in the system however they wish. There is no limit on how much new data you can add to the system and at any time you can delete or edit existing information to tailor it to your own organisation. Role-based access can also be customised and users can be given as much or as little access as required by the admin of the tool. This role-based access can be broken down into not just the individual input wizards within DPOrganizer but also to the customised data inputted into the software

Other data at rest protection approach Tier 3 data centers, all ISO 27001 certified. To this end there is a permanent manned security presence at the data centers and there is also multilayered physical security including a secure perimeter, on site ID control and video surveillance. The infrastructure is protected by stateful inspection firewalls and IDS (Intrusion Detection System).

Access restrictions in management interfaces and support channels Complete role-based access is available within DPOrganizer which allows administrators to limit user read & write functionality within the system. This can be broken down by data controllers, data input wizards and even the data they see within those wizards. Administrators also have the ability to setup tasks for individuals received in the format of an email with a link. This link takes users to a controlled part of the software where they can only see the data the admin has requested the review and only change the data that is being reviewed.
