Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
The service availability of the Data Centre used by Aspire is 99.95% 24 x 7 x 365.
Approach to resilience
The data provided by our product is hosted by the UK server ‘Memset’ which stores its data in two UK sovereign data centres. This company provides the highest degree of fault tolerance, data durability, resilience against disk failures, regular maintenance to critical systems, gigabit fibre between the two data centres providing a bomb proof resilient system ensuring no single point of failure.

The servers are backed up on a daily basis using a secure service provided by our server hosting company. In the unlikely event of disk failure, recovery of data would take no more than 1 working day. A copy of the customer individual database is also made on a daily basis. Therefore, it is possible to roll back to the database of the previous day. This recovery may take up to 1 working day.
