1) We offer a Baseline Review of the Services
2) Blockers and Opportunities are highlighted to Key Stakeholders as well as the Team and a workshop follows where the Opportunities are action planned and time lined
3) The Service is re measured after 2-3 months once the action plans have been implemented and a Report is presented to the Stakeholders providing the original and improved service.
