End-of-contract data extraction
They can use SCROLL's native export facilities to extract their data in a number of formats, including CSV, xlsx, Quantum, SPSS and Triple-S.
End-of-contract process
The facility to extract data exists during the duration of the contract. At termination, access ceases. Data must be off-boarded before termination.

We have a fully ISO27001:2013 accredited Information Security Management System, the joint responsibility of the Information Security Manager and the Operations Manager, who report in turn to the Information Security Board.
There is an internal incident reporting system which alerts both these people. The ISM assesses and determines the severity and potential duration of the incident in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability invokes the necessary mitigations according to established response planning.
