Description of customisation
Do it yourself:

For the majority of our courses, you can use our own Authoring Tool to make amends and bespoke the courses to your organisation (ask us about a licence to our tool). Some of our courses are built in Articulate Storyline, so you'll need access to this tool to edit those courses yourself.

Let us do it for you:

If you like our eLearning courses but want to make them bespoke to you, our talented production team can amend courses for you at an additional cost. See our Digital Marketplace service named "Bespoke/Custom eLearning Content" for more information.

Independence of resources
The service is continually monitored for performance degradation and remedial action is taken wherever necessary.
