The Portal is designed to be intuitive for a first time user to navigate and interact with. End-of-contract data extraction ZiMovi has full API's to allow users to extract all uploaded videos, analytics and any user data collected from call-to-actions and questionnaires created by the user. User data and analytical data can also be exported as a CSV file directly from the Platform
End-of-contract process Features are accessed via the different packages listed on the ZiMovi.com homepage: https://zimovi.com/z/pricing Contract length is a 1 month rolling contract with price breaks for for taking an annual contract. Upon cancellation and term expiry the platform can still be accessed but videos and data are not accessible within the channel or platform.

Independence of resources ZiMovi operates its network in line with estimated system demands, utilising Amazon Web Services (AWS) Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) to host the ZiMovi platform and manage user data. Each user is allocated a demand allowance dictated by their chosen monthly package. The system alerts users at set intervals of their allowance limit and provides the opportunity to increase their limit or reduce the number of instances being used. Amazon EC2 ensures the availability, scalability and reliability of the platform for unpredicted and unplanned traffic triggering AWS auto-scaling.

Approach to resilience ZiMovi operates its network in line with estimated system demands, utilising Amazon Web Services (AWS) Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) to host the ZiMovi platform and manage user data. Amazon EC2 ensures system demands, such as Increasing or decreasing the number of instances running, CPU usage and network Bandwidth, alongside other custom metrics, are met without the need for manual intervention by utilising automated network fail-over and expansion to support peak traffic demands and returning once normal traffic load commences. All of which ensures the availability, scalability and reliability of the ZiMovi platform but at a higher cost for unpredicted and unplanned traffic triggering AWS auto-scaling.
