Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
Training, User Adoption and reduced time to value is at the core of ISDM's cloud video collaboration implementation process. We believe that users will get the most out of the ISDMcloud service if they receive the correct training from the start, as close to provisioning of the licenses as possible. To this end, ISDM provides a virtual introductory training & familiarisation session, a success planning session, and quarterly success reviews with relevant customer stakeholders, to ensure that our customers are getting the value from the product that they deserve. Bespoke training, familiarisation and adoption strategy packages are also available at additional cost. Furthermore, the pexip help centre (support.pexip.com) is packed full of helpful resources that enable customers to get started using the pexip product portfolio. All pexip customers will be assigned a dedicated ISDM Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, who will also provide strategic planning around user engagement and adoption.

under clause 13 (Termination), ISDM will: Provide all reasonable assistance to Customer to ensure an orderly handover of the Services to
a Successor Supplier; Assign to Customer or any person nominated by Customer the benefit of any agreement for the

The Pexip & IT company calendar administrator is able to effect these customisations.

Scaling

Independence of resources
The ISDMcloud video calling solution, powered by pexip, is a globally architectured infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), a multi-region network of over 50 datacenters. ISDMcloud benefits from burst capabilities within GCP. Deployments can burst into the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) when primary conferencing capabilities are reaching their capacity limits, thus providing additional temporary Conferencing Node resources. This provides the ability to dynamically expand conferencing capacity whenever scheduled or unplanned usage requires it.

Operational security

Configuration and change management standard
Conforms to a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v3.0 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
Configuration and change management approach
"Pexip Development Operations" are responsible for running and maintaining the Pexip Service. All changes must be made and validated within two separate Quality Assurance environments – Alpha and Beta – before promotion into Production. If the testing fails at Alpha stage, the change is flagged for review and remediation before being re-tested. Only when testing at both Alpha and Beta stages have passed does the change become a candidate for deployment to Production. After implementation during a suitable maintenance window, changes are tested yet again to ensure proper operation, and subsequently customer usage and Technical Support Tickets are closely monitored.
Vulnerability management type
Conforms to a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v3.0 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
Vulnerability management approach
Pexip follows the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) system that provides a reference-method for publicly known information-security vulnerabilities and exposures. Pexip also maintains visibility on security announcements from the vendors for software and equipment deployed in the Pexip Service Network and assesses the threat and level of exposure, and then takes appropriate action to remediate the issue. Vulnerabilities are ranked in terms of criticality and exposure, then scheduled for patching based on this assessment.
Protective monitoring type
Conforms to a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v3.0 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
Protective monitoring approach
Pexip employs a wide range of security management practices to provide a secure and reliable service to customers. This includes network firewalls throughout the infrastructure to create security zones for different applications and services. Web traffic passes through industry-leading load balancers to protect against a suite of application attack vectors. Predefined processes & procedures from Pexip can be obtained on request.
Incident management type
Conforms to a recognised standard, for example, CSA CCM v3.0 or ISO/IEC 27035:2011 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
Incident management approach
If there is a suspected breach or known intrusions users should report incidents directly to the ISDM Solutions Service Desk where a Security Incident Process will be triggered, monitoring reports are included within the Pexip analytics Portal. Pexip and ISDM Solutions have policies for Incident Management to define methods for identifying, classifying, tracking, and responding to incidents that will impact business operations. Incident response programmes are tested/utilised on a procedure defined basis, customers are notified on the website prior to change, maintenance or as a result of outage/incident. More Information available upon request.
