Our Right to Work client application and Mobile App solution, in conjunction with our secure cloud based management system, is an information management tool which is intended to assist you in managing your HR compliance requirements under UK immigration law for Right to Work checks.

Differences between the mobile and desktop service
• Mobile app supported on Android based smartphone or tablets.
• Mobile app supported on Apple smartphone or tablets, but without RFID chip-reading functionality, as this is restricted by Apple
• Desktop version also incorporates the use of additional document authentication via 3rd party document verification database in conjunction with smart passport scanners.

The Right to Work RESTful API (RTW Web Services) provides programmatic access to read Right to Work data. The Web Services are designed to follow the ReST API Standards and do such as much as possible. We have also expanded upon the standards to make use of the RTW Web Services as easy as possible.

Availability and resilience

The right to work checking functionality, either pc based or via mobile app is available off-line, so unaffected by service availability.

The management portal service availability is 99.5%, 7 days a week, 37.5 days per year.

We perform vulnerability scanning before release and on release. All alerts are assessed by the CTO. Any alerts deemed significant are patched immediately. Our threat info comes from multiple sources for CVEs, government alerts and industry sources. We use acunetix for scanning, which collates and updates vulnerability lists.
