|How the support service works||Support issues can be raised by phone, email or, preferably, on-line via the Docker Support Portal. All issues are recorded in the Support Portal. When adding an issue, the user is asked to clarify the priority, the exact product, the subject of the issue and a more detailed description. The portal will search the knowledge base and will offer any potential solution. A support dump, available from the Docker daemon, is requested. An email will always be generated to confirm receipt of the issue. As support is provided, details will be added to the issue on the portal. When the issue is resolved the user will be invited to close the case but it can always be re-opened if further problems arise.|
