With every project we devise a quality plan to define the test approach for every deliverable. We have a dedicated internal test team to ensure that quality of any solution is as it should be via unit tests and then functional tests on staging environments. We support customers in their user acceptance testing. Accurate performance testing in a workflow solution is difficult to achieve under test conditions, but we have supported tens of customers running large scale cloud solutions and know the best practice approach to identify and solving any performance issues.
