How the planning service works Tecknuovo carries out planning as a critical part of our recovery and service redesign work. Working alongside our customers, we review and evaluate 'as-is' architectures, systems and capabilities against customers’ strategies and goals. We identify existing problems and issues and re-plan with achievable outcomes. We provide recommendations that are viable and meet business needs based on DevOps best practices and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering). Specific methodologies are used to select the most suitable Cloud services and technologies, assessing compliance against security guidelines, costs and data strategies. A full team of experts is available to plan and deliver this service in collaboration with your teams to facilitate skills transfer and in-house capability development. We are experienced in working in a multi-vendor delivery teams.

How the setup or migration service works We use our expert consultants to carry out Cloud readiness assessment, discovery, team and/or capability review, planning, architectural and service design, application delivery and deployment, DevOps security. How the quality assurance and performance testing works Tecknuovo provides quality assurance and performance testing through automated application testing as part of software delivery pipeline with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery). We work with our customers to understand and define the quality and performance targets and metrics that meet their business objectives and comply against security guidelines. Furthermore, we produce test plans that can validate the agreed quality and performance results and ensure that quality assurance and performance testing become an integral part of any implementation and delivery based on DevOps best practice.
