Why the work is being done Kettering General Hospital (KGH) is working to complete its Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation. It has just awarded a contract to System C to implement a number of additional modules in a challenging timescale.
The Trust requires some additional support to ensure the implementation is efficient, moves at pace and delivers the patient and staff benefits as soon as possible.
Problem to be solved The Trust requires a readily available project delivery team to represent the Client side of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) project delivery team to ensure the successful implementation of the Trust EPR implementation by May 2020.
The team needs to be available to commence work as soon as possible but no later than 20th June. The supplier may phase in the delivery team in line with the priorities defined in the implementation support resource plan. More details on the skill sets and outcomes are available in a separate document, which interested suppliers are welcome to request by email.
