There is no incumbent in post.
4. Please can you confirm if this is a new requirement as I have spoken to a couple of specialists this morning who have advised me that they were approached last week ?
We have run a number of traditional recruitment rounds over the last few months to try to recruit to this post without success. This is a new requirement on the Digital Marketplace, published for the first time today.
5. Is there any way HEE can trim the essential and nice to have skills?

It will be very hard to secure the best consultants if they are to complete over 2000 word document for a 3 month contract without a guarantee of an interview.
Unfortunately we are not able to trim the essential and nice to have skills after an advert has been posted.

HEE seeks high caliber specialists and providing this detail should not be an onerous task for them.

The resource will need to be in the London office a minimum three days a week.
8. Would you be open to more than one developer? Perhaps a small team of 2-3 individuals.
For this particular advert we are looking for one developer.
