Questions asked by suppliers

Questions asked by suppliers
Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Under the nice to have section you state "Knowledge or experience of working within Norfolk and Waveney region", this would imply that there is a preferred bidder, is that the case and if not is this experience essential? This wasn’t our intention, please note and accept this to be reworded to "knowledge of the Norfolk and Waveney region". This remains a "nice to have" criteria, not an "essential" criteria.
2. Do you require reference contact details at this stage.
If so can these be provided outside the 100 words limit (for 3 examples per deliverable)?
References will be asked for if shortlisted.
