  • • Must have extensive experience of successfully delivering information systems and management initiatives within a large organisation in a relevant sector/industry.

As this is a programme manager level role, please can you confirm whether we can read this to mean experience of managing teams that manage data sets to produce BI, or whether you are expecting the individual to have done this data analysis themself for at least 5 years? The requirement is to have 5 years experience of managing large complex data sets (typically owned by other teams within the organisation). 5 years of data analysis experience is not an essential criteria.
